When getting the EAD card, has anyone not received a tracking number for it? We received notification yesterday that they had mailed it but no other info... today on my USPS informed delivery, it shows an envelope from USCIS is coming in the mail today but now I don’t know if it’s the card or not.

FYI, they don't provide the tracking number. The card is sent out via Priority Mail and it will be delivered to your mailbox. No signature is required at delivery either. I just received my card yesterday though Informed Delivery said it would be delivered on Monday. Guess my post office sorted mails quickly and my mail carrier managed to add it to his run yesterday :)

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Not true! We have informed delivery and at the bottom of our email, it shows a tracking number for my husband's EAD/Travel Auth card!

I don’t receive any tracking number too and I’m still waiting for my card since 08/10/18 🙂

I didn’t even know this thread existed! Our AOS interview is tomorrow afternoon...not sure if I’m nervous or not. We didn’t get EAD or AP yet, I’m guessing we’ll get it all tomorrow! Good luck to everyone.

I just got updated " interview was scheduled" !!

NOA1 4/2/2018 :)

Ready to schedule for interview 8/9/2018

interview was scheduled 8/15/2018

I am thrilled! hope the date is soon!!!! Can't wait for my mail to come... Why can't they use something after mail? I will gladly pay about $10 more for after mail service related to USCIS.

duh...snail mail.....

Hey has anyone had any requests for initial evidence on their EAD work authorisation application? My case status changed Saturday for this. So confused as I dont know what they are after. Initial evidence was mentioned, not additional evidence. So could this be something they need like birth certificate or passport photocopy? Even though I sent all that originally? I know they lose things so I'm not too surpised. Just cant find anyone that had this. I know people get them for the i485 form for adjusting status, but not the EAD form.

I'm seeing 2 different updates as follows:

 1. From

 https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/displayLogon.do   AS OF AUGUST 14, 2018

Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview

2. From  https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

August 14, 2018

We canceled your interview

You do not need to do anything at this time

We will notify you if we reschedule your interview, make a decision on your case, or need more information from you.

It took more that 24hrs before the second account was updated. i.e  https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

Does anyone knows what is really happening?

That’s weird! I would suggest calling them.

So I just got my green card in the mail!!!!

I wanted to add that this time I did not get a tracking number and it did not show on my Informed Delivery for some reason... So I guess not everyone gets the tracking number!
