Standard mail. Mine was just 2 pages explaining what was apparently 'missing' and what to do next and how long I had etc. Hope yours comes through soon, that's a ridiculous wait for some mail.

I never had to wait so long for stuff from them.

A bit worried as I don't have a tax transcript to send with my RFIE response but I do now have a tax return for 2017 to send. Hopefully that + my letter of explanation, husband's job letter, w2s, pay stubs, bank statement with deposits highlighted AND a copy of the poverty guidelines with household of 2 highlighted (because I'm petty lol) will be enough! Wish me luck! On the way to mail it out.

You don’t need transcripts, tax Return and W2 should be perfectly fine. Of course letter of employment and pay stubs too if You didnt submit it yet with original petition.

I guess. Im not familiar with all the tax forms as a foreigner, but tax Return is a paper that says Federal tax Return 2017, at least Thats what my husband is filing every year and our co sponsor and Thats what we attached (for 3 years). We didnt attach it for 2017 as they both didnt fill it at the time but we attached their letters of employment and pay stubs and No RFE yet, but I am expecting one for that reason anyway.

Thanks! I sent everything else except for the return with original submission because he had not yet filed. Fingers crossed this is the last roadblock.

Does anyone know how soon I'll receive a notice of card production if my rfe response leads to approval of my application?

Hi All! Quick question - we received our biometrics appointment letter today, but OF COURSE it is scheduled for the one day my husband can't actually make it (he will be out of town for a family thing) - the letter says to mail the notice back if we want to reschedule, back to Virginia, but I am worried this will seriously delay our case... I have seen some posts online about just showing up at a different time, any ideas if this is acceptable? Or should we just send the notice back to reschedule...

thank you!

Is your husband the USC? If so you're the only one they need for bio. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

When I went for my appointment, there was someone there who came a day early. I'm not sure how this is gonna work for you though. I've seen others who said they were refused.
