Thank you fir your info. Yes, I-864 is also sent together with my husband’s tax payment information for 3 years!

You're welcome.. it shouldn't take so long after they send you your three receipts , your biometrics will be sent couple days after.

Hey Guys, !

Question for you!

I sent my AOS on March 30th and I have been tracking it.

Since Monday the USPS tracking says

“April 1st 2018, available for pick up. Your item has arrived at the Chicago, IL 60680 post office and is ready for pick up”

Can anyone shed any light on this? :) (Its pretty self explanatory I guess! I’m just paranoid) I’ve also seen people on this thread mentioning people signing their packages etc. What does that mean? I’m just making sure everything is going smooth thus far!

Thanks guys!

I finally received a text and an email from the uscis last night (they received my documents on March,26). My question is: do all of you get MSC as the first letters of your track number?

Hey guys,

So all my notice dates for 1-140, 1-765, I-131, I-1485 were 03-19, I got the NOA1s for them in the mail on 03-26, and my I-140 was approved on 03-27 via premium processing (yay!)

But nothing for biometrics yet. I see people who filed at the same time already have them - should I be worried? Does the USCIS case update when they send the letter out? I've been reading that people can do walk ins - can I go that without having a biometrics letter yet?

I guess I was really hoping to get them done early in the hopes that EAD/ AP might be processed early. But is it a pipe dream to hope that EAD/AP might magically get granted in 2 and a half months? I'm being processed at Nebraska which shows 4-5 months. I have a trip on June 7th which I'm going to be really sad to miss - I might be getting an industry award in Europe. I know that doesn't exactly fall under reason to ask to have the EAD/AP expedited, but do you think it's worth a try? I also have another trip on June 21, which would be almost exactly 90 days after EAD/ AP notice.

I also have another trip on June 21, which would be exactly 100 days after EAD/ AP notice. You will have to wait..

Good luck

Check my signature! It was mailed to me 30th March, I got it on the 4th April and sent it back the same day, and it got delivered today to them.

It's odd you don't have yours yet at all.

Standard mail. Mine was just 2 pages explaining what was apparently 'missing' and what to do next and how long I had etc. Hope yours comes through soon, that's a ridiculous wait for some mail.
