2017 taxes I sent 2016

You know, I have an inkling ours may be the same. My wifes most recent tax return WAS 2016 at time of filing, so we sent that, but I thought they may ask for the 2017 one eventually. Are you just sending in a copy of the 2017 tax forms that got sent in to the IRS? Seeing as no tax transcript available for 2017 just yet!

02/14/18 - Married

03/02/18 - AOS Sent

04/02/18 - Biometrics appointment @ Field Office

04/16/18 - Courtesy letter received re: Medical

07/17/18 - EAD card in production, AP approved

07/21/18  - Combo card in hand

10/18/18 - GC Interview  (Approved on the spot)

I think most people get RFE for that reason.. my mom filed already so I'll send all the copies they need. W2 1099 etc

Yeah, we had a bad month to file if our partners hadn't filed yet. It kinda sucks, cos they ask for the MOST RECENT tax year filed, which in theory for a lot of people was 2016 at time of sending package.

Hi guys. So I am on my way to Jacksonville now, tomorrow is my biometrics day. I got seriously sick Friday night, had really High fever until sunday night, yesterday I was still very weak. But today I feel much better, although I was really worried if I’m gonna make it. I’m coming back tomorrow, still didn’t hear nothing about my ead rejection to which they received a response a week ago. Hopefully they will notify me soon. Than I am going to pray for them not to send another biometrics appointment letter (what probably will happen knowing my luck)... This process is so unfortunete for me so far, I am already so done with it :( I wanna go home sometimes ;(

2017 taxes I sent 2016.. I did that because my mom never received it yet.

We got an RFE for this reason! Prepared a response that we can hopefully send next week. We are expecting 2017 transcripts in the mail any time now since they're available from April. Once we get them, we'll send the response. If anyone is interested, I'll post a copy of the cover letter for our response.

I got it about a week after I got my biometrics notice so about a month after I submitted my entire package. I was never notified via the app until after I got the hard copy. Good luck! I hope it's a quick fix for you too.

Since you were notified? I would personally call if it doesn't show up by the end of the week. It's been 2 weeks already... Online I believe it said to call if you hadn't received it after a month of being notified.
