Is anyone here submitted on the same date as ours? ID u received your NOA already? We are already worried whether or not thye Department of Homeland received our AOS package?

Hey, No worries, we received our emails 22 days after sending. But if You feel stressed out I recommend You to call uscis and ask, the tier2 will call You back and will be able to check your case status.

02/13/2017- NoA1 hard copy (notice date 02/07, received date 02/03)

05/05/2017- NOA2 (hard copy received by mail 05/11, no e-notification)

05/25/2017- NVC number receiveD

06/26/2017- POE Boston

 

09/02/2017- we got married!

03/13/2018- NOA notice date (i-485, i-131)

04/04/2018- biometrics appointment (I-485)

04/18/2018- case ready for scheduling Interview 

05/24/2018- EAD approved (expedited on 05/04)

06/01/2018- EAD delivered to me

07/30/2018- AP approved

08/01/2018- AP approval notice received in the mail

01/10/2019-  Interview- approved on the spot

01/17/2019- Green Card received by mail

 

ROC adventure

10/16/2020- I-751 packet sent to Phoenix,AZ

10/19/2020- delivered to AZ lockbox by USPS

11/02/2020- Notice date

11/4/2020- check cashed and text- SRC

11/10/2020- received NOA extension letter for 18 months 

12/16/2020- Case transferred to NBC

02/10/2021- New Card is Being Produced

02/24/2021- GC received in the mailbox :)

Hey fellow filers,

 

I am a latecomer to the group but am sending off my AOS either today or tomorrow. I just realized however that I printed all  my forms double sided- I have since heard that maybe USCIS only accepts single sided forms? Could someone please let me know if there is such a requirement?

Yeah it is probably coming. I got the 3 messages last Saturday.

I live in south Texas, close to the border and it seems that mail takes twice as long to get here hahahhahhah

Yay finally got our NOA's in the mail yesterday for Adjustment of Status (I-485) and EAD (I-765).

Received date: March 14, 2018.

Notice Date: March 19, 2018.

 

Let the wait begin! again... lol :jest:

Hey guys, just thought I'd let you know I got my biometrics appointment letter in the mail today. It is booked for April 4th.

 

To give you an idea of my timeline between NOA and biometrics if you're waiting -

USCIS recieved: Feb 26th

Called USCIS March 12th - NOA hard copies had been sent March 8th - texts/emails received that night

Hard copies received: March 16th

Biometrics letter: March 23rd

I have heard this too although I'm not 100% sure if there is a requirement - if you haven't sent it yet I would print it again single sided, just to be safe! No point causing a delay if it can be avoided before you start :)

I Send my Wife AOS package on February 6, after a long delayed. the package got delivered on February 19 and on February 26 i received NOA1 Hard copy's for both the I-485 and the I-765. On March 06, i received the Bio metric notice scheduled for March 19; dated March 02. on My march 19 my wife did her bio-metric. we now waiting for the next step since uscis site not showing any updated for neither case numbers.

Hi Guys, I Have a problem... I received biometrics appointment letter today, but just for I-485, as my EAD was rejected (I respond to rejection letter on Wednesday, they should receive letter tomorrow). Now I am wondering, do I have to go 2 times for biometrics? :( They scheduled it in Jacksonville, FL which is almost 4 hours one way from us! :( It really bothers me... Should I call them and ask?
