Hello guys  i have a question for you , i hope you can help me please. I had to file married filling separately this tax season because we would owed too much if we had filed jointly. This is the first time i have ever filed separately, we did file married for the last prior 4 years. I am a little concerned because my ROC is still pending since March 2018 . My question is : is that going to affect me if i get an RFE? If yes, what should i do ? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.🙏

Thanks Guys

Yes, they are I-751s.  I run all those green icons myself on USCIS website to confirm.

When the status changes to “New Card Being Produced,” this app has a major flaw and it doesn’t pick up the case type I-751 (even though the status on the official USCIS website has it as I-751), that is why you see them with blank.  When the status changes again to “Card was mailed to me,” or “Card was picked up by USPS,” then the app would pick up the case type I-751 again.  The filter is only accurate only if the information it picks up is accurate.

Good to know.  This process is getting a bit frustrating.  I’m also using the old app,  because for some reason I’ve been locked out of the newer website.

Hello,

any activities for California filers? 😀 looks like there is a freeze for California. I ve only seen approvals from Vermont lately. Congratulations to all the approvals 🍾🎉

I noticed that too. I think it has to do with the work visa window that opens in April. I forgot the name of the visa.

@foxiko - For EAC181205XXXX, this is the last 500 numbers in your batch from EAC1812050906 to EAC1812051415.  This is sorted from the most recent activities (today). 3 approvals, 1 RFE, as of 1.30pm Eastern.

The approval seems steady just like my batch.  So far there are about 5-6 a day.

Its interesting to see that the approvals are at random and might depend on the assigned officer. I looked up EAC1811651XXX and only a few got approved.

@BR751 - yes, it depends on who works on the case and the coverage of your 500 numbers that you ran the app for.  The I-751 case numbers tend to be at the end of the batch (1XXX plus number).

Remember that you should not filter only I-751 tab to see all approvals.  Just look at the “All” tab and sort them (top left icon).  The app doesn’t pick up case type correctly (see my earlier post today).
