Anyone getting this anytime they check. I've called and the automated guy can't find it either but an actual human can. I wish i knew what was going on. I haven't heard anything about mine since august when we got our 18month extension.

My son (10) had to go for Biometrics this week, i didn't have to do them. His has not updated either just says we received your case March 2018.

My son recieved a notice saying that they will be using his biometrics, but status on the website says the same thing - no update.

Anybody got approved from Nebraska Service Center?

In the past, I used to be able to access my travel history in and out of the United States through CBP Official Public Information Website (see link below).

https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/history-search

This information is used to fill out the travel history section on Form N-400 (Naturalization Application).  The last time I accessed it in July 2018 and I saved my history fortunately.  As of today, it does not show it any more.  It says, "no records found."  Has anyone used it before, and if so, are you experiencing the same error message?

@GBOS I tried accessing it about a month and a half ago and it only showed my entry in the US as a K-1 visa holder.  Even though I have travelled numerous times overseas (on a tourist visa and on my conditional resident card), it did not show any of that.  As of today, I’m getting the same error message as you.

@NYCQueens2017 - Thank you for trying and letting me know.

I believe what happens is that now our information as LPR is considered protected (just like any other US Citizen).

Visitors on non-immigrant status travel records are not subject to privacy protection law is what I understand it.

What a pain now I have to go back to my passport to find out where are the 100 places I have been for work.

I received a notification this morning stating the following:

Quote

Your Case Status: Initial Review

On March 28, 2019, we transferred your Form I751, PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS ON RESIDENCE, Receipt Number WAC18xxxxxxxxxxx, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by April 27, 2019, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

Does anybody know what that can mean?

Thank you!

@GBOS It could be the case as you’re saying.  I haven’t done any research on LPR privacy protection law.

I checked the website a month and a half ago as I was considering filing for naturalization as soon as my window opens up.  However, after reading your posts I’m leaning towards delaying it until my conditions are removed since I live in NYC.  Are you considering filing the N-400 form?

I understand it’s a pain in the @s$ to gather everything up.  Especially when passport stamps do not clearly show the dates or the destination.  Maybe e-mail confirmations for airline tickets and boarding passes would help a little bit?

Thank you for sharing all the useful information you’re acquiring in regards to I-751, N-400 and other immigration issues and for doing everything in your control to address the USCIS delay issues.  It’s tremendous help!

@NYCQueens2017 - It is my pleasure to move all of us along.  No one is alone and they should never feel alone in this process.

I am just prepping for my N-400 application but I will not submit it until my I-751 is approved.  I live in Boston, so my timeline is a little bit more fortunate than you guys in New York.

I am going by my mileage account on American, United, and Delta on top of the passport stamps to make sure I don't miss anything.

Was your file transferred from VSC to TSC?

Do you think NYC will delay the combo i751/n400 application? I am also from NYC and was looking for info to understand how NYC handles the combo applications. At this point I am also thinking of not filing the n400 application in mid November.

@GBOS Great.  I hope you and everyone else get approved sooner than later so you can move on to the next step.  I am a new I-751 filer (February 2019) and I just did my biometrics two days ago.  My case is still in Vermont.

@aroabi Our friend GBOS has done an extensive and very helpful research on the combo I-751/N-400 process.  As NYC is taking at least 14.5 months to process the N-400 application, your I-751 timeline could be reset if your file has not been opened for adjudication at the time you file for naturalization.  Therefore, if you file the N-400 in November 2019 and your I-751 has not been opened at that point, it is possible that you would have to wait at least until January 2021 for your I-751 and N-400 to be adjudicated.

@NYCQueens2017 - To my surprise, I wrote to CBP Information Desk this morning about my travel history.  I already received a response below.  It is indeed no longer available for us, LPRs.  We will need to file for FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request if we want it.  I just did and hopefully I get it soon.  I do not want to miss anything in N-400 application, considering how hostile this current Administration is towards immigrants.

*** QUOTE

Good day,
The CBP I-94 web site will access records going back five years. Also and as indicated on the homepage, travel history is not available under a permanent resident status.

Note that the travel history query may not be entirely correct and is not necessarily a true indication of information that CBP may have. The travel history search is meant as a helpful tool and is not official documentation.

Please be advised that CBP documents travel from a variety of sources and CBP does not amend travel history information on the CBP I-94 web site.  If you need a comprehensive travel history for work or school purposes, you can submit a FOIA request for the information.
FOIA is a written or electronic request received by CBP from any individual or entity requesting records including databases held or believed to be held by an agency.
For details on submitting a FOIA request online, please go to:
https://www.cbp.gov/site-policy-notices/foia

Thank you,

Thanks a lot. It makes sense. I filed the i-751 late (16 days before the last day of the 90 day window). I am sure my file would not be touched by mid November since VSC is slow.
