Hi. How do you speak to a representative. The automated service still says my case number is incorrect.

You are most likely entering the number incorrectly.

The preceding three letters need to be entered correctly before the set of numbers.

Ex.

EAC = 322

MSC = 672

Hi thanks for your reply

I did, the automated call repeated the number correctly to me, even on the app when i check my number it doesn't work. the only place is the uscis website where it's been saying the same things forever we received your case on the 27th of march...

I just wanted to call and talk to someone to see if there is an uptdate.

Thanks

Don’t dial anything, it will transfer you to a Spanish agent (who also speaks English)

We tried calling today and got the usual "what you see online is the same info we have on our end".  Our case is still stuck at biometrics received last May.  Hopefully the N400 can move things along.

I got curious to how the timelines for April 2018 filers were looking like as I filed the very end of March and saw this reply:

NOA April 10 2018 CSC

WAC18138

Fingerprint reuse notice: Mid August 2018

18 month Notice: also sometime mid august 2018

N400 was never filed as I am not eligible yet.

Old site was showing that case cant be recognized UNTIL --> March 11 -it showed card is in Production

                                                                                                       --> March 15 -IT showed Card Was Picked Up By The United States Postal Service

                                                                                                        --> March 16 -received USCIS Approval Letter

                                                                                                        --> March 18 -10 years Green card in hands

New Site: still shows case received

I hope this is some good news for April Filers... Hang in there

Which basically mirrored my problem with my case number not available in the old system and the new system just shows that my case was received.

I hadn't gotten any transfer notifications or anything so on a whim I checked the old case lookup system and got the case was approved message as of 03/19/2019! The new system still shows my case as received and nothing else though. My NOA date was 03/29/2018 so I'm surprised at how quickly ours was approved! So I'll definitely be looking in the mail for the new greencard in the next week, can't wait!

Hang in there March filers and good luck with no RFE!

@francais_usa My online status on the new website has never changed and I get the error message on the old website. I did read about some filers (don't remember from which month) whose status never changed and they got the card in the mail with no updates ever. It's very hit and miss this time around.

Hey guys, active lurker here, but I felt the need to update you guys as I have received update from my case —finally🤨

i filed towards the end of March (basically an April filer) no word until yesterday 3/19 via text and email stating that my case has updated - TRANSFER TO NEW JURISDICTION. I was like ok another wait but at least something happened. I’ll take that over nothing. But again, today 3/20 I received both text and email with the same information stating that my case is being transferred. Weird!

Congrats to all approved btw. 🎉

Hello March 2018 filers,

I want to share with you that I wrote to my US Representative and Senators today to request for an enhanced oversight over USCIS’s operations.  I took up the issue with I-751 and showed the data that the rising processing times appears unmatched by the number of applications (see attached picture for a small part of the letter).  The Democratic representatives are generally tougher on agency oversights (in a sense of making sure that USCIS serves the people paying them, not all the taxpayers, because it is a 95% user-fee-funded agency).  The taxpayers money goes to the enforcement branches (CBP and ICE) of the Department of Homeland Security.

I made the point that the agency needs to account for how they are spreading their resources (which are paid by us).  As far as we know for I-751, our money are being spent elsewhere within the agency.

I will share with you it and when I have any response from our elected representatives.

@starsky
