@Maryakhadra - it must be because those files that left us behind in Vermont 😂😂😂

@GBOS what happened to the approvals? They were moving fast and then they transferred a bunch of cases and now everything is quiet. I don’t even see many March approvals?

Hey everybody,

For those of you who got your case transferred or approved, did you receive notification by email?

I first learned about it when I checked mine online, then after a few days I got the notification by mail.

@Cougarfalcon83 - I cannot speak for CSC specifically, but I tracked VSC pretty closely.  VSC has been moving slowly with January 2018 at the moment.  Both CSC and VSC will most likely be quiet with a I-751 in the next month as H1B filing season begins on April 1. Looking at how much work has been transferred out of CSC, it would appear that we are expecting CSC to potentially come to complete stop in April, while other service centers work on the transferred cases they receive.  That is my analyses.

@Sabrina&Chuck - in that funny sense, I would be too. I lived in Texas for almost 6 years, not my favorite.

Hello March 2018 filers - Enjoy St. Patrick’s Day this weekend.  I am going to watch the river turning green in Chicago this weekend.

Stay hopeful, but be cynical at times to blow off frustration is healthy.

Woot Woot.

Received a RFE today. This makes me pretty mad. They said limited in scope, we submitted health insurance, life insurance, 401k, lease agreement with both names, joint bank account, joint tax returns and photographs.

They said they want further evidence such as children or a mortgage or power of the attorney for property or health.

What the absolute F***. I just turned 30 and do NOT want kids or own a house right now. Unless we make a will for her to take on my student loans I have no idea what they want.

What do you do when you've sent everything and what they're asking for is not reasonable?

The only thing I could reasonably do is an affidavit...

@gbos. Lucky you. I will be flying to Detroit from New Orleans tomorrow so we won’t be that far from each other. Enjoy the scenery

@kirkn09 do you rent a house together ? Maybe you can add that. Super annoying though since you sent in lots of evidence already.

We rent together, we've been in two places and were both on the leases. Sent them both
