I got transferred for Vermont also today.  Doesn’t that mean we getting an interview?  Does anyone know what that means?

@Stone23 - It is a batch transfer for EAC1811X5XXX.  I am running the numbers now to see exactly the range of case numbers that were being transferred.  For a batch transfer like this, it is called "workload transfer" and they are all going to a new service center, most likely Texas Service Center (my guess).  If you are the only one being transferred (around your number), it would either mean you are getting an interview or you filed for N-400 while I-751 is pending (the latter case goes to Lee Summit, MO).

So the answer to your question is - "Likely no, not the interview (yet)"

Several cases around mine got transferred.  Seems maybe a part of a work load transfer as you mentioned.

@GBOS thanks for the response. I’ve just a little paranoid becausewere  moving here June 11 and won’t have a home for probably a month. It just sucks because this is one thing that is not contrôlable 😭😭😭. I guess we’ll see where it goes ugh.

@Maryakhadra - Your willpower is strong! Look at what just happened.  A bunch of people right in front of us got transferred today (I am not sure if I should be happy or sad for them.  If their files go to Texas, it has been shown steady approval out of there with about two months wait after the transfer).

And this is nothing to say that our cases (your date and my date) will not get transferred!  They may be scanning them as we speak LOL.

No, I have not filed for N-400 yet.

I want to wait for the approval before filing N-400.
