How strange! Must be some weird bug? On the other hand, we have not heard anything about biometrics.. no appointment, or waived letter.  Anyone else?  Received the 18 month extension letter, so hopefully nothing to worry about.

The only thing I've learned from our years of dealing with USCIS is that we should not expect anything to make sense lol.

If you got your NOA then they have your case.  The letters that go out often seem a bit random and all over the place.

Please share the first 6 digits of your WAC18XXXX & whether you have filed for N-400 already, so that we could gauge USCIS timeline.  A few March CSC filers have received their approval, and April CSC filers have reported that they see a chunk of cases being transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

I have not filed for N 400, my window opens up March 12th. My case number is WAC181265

Interesting.  I guess after CSC offloaded a chunk of April 2018 and then realize, "oh we don't want to do these piles either, let's give them to NSC too."

Good luck, and keep us posted on where your file goes.  You should be receiving a transfer notice within the next week.  My guess is it is going to Nebraska (based on the April CSC filers).  Vermont seems to be giving them to Texas recently.

@nereides - It is very likely that your file is going to Lee Summit, MO since you filed for N-400 already.  VSC, as far as I am aware, has not transferred more files out after they transferred EAC180875 to EAC180955 out to Texas on February 14.

That’s what I assumed, but usually when I assume something with USCIS I’m wrong!

@GBOS what do you think is the wait for vsc? My noa is March 29. Thanks !

@Maryakhadra - Based on what we see right now, we, the March CSC filers, are looking at May/June 2018 for "most" approvals to come through.

I am EAC181225 (March 23).  Unless there is a big shift in personnel to I-751 adjudication or another big batch of transfer for February 2018 cases in front of our cases, I am confidence we will not hear anything before April 15.

@GBOS thanks for the response. I’ve just a little paranoid becausewere  moving here June 11 and won’t have a home for probably a month. It just sucks because this is one thing that is not contrôlable 😭😭😭. I guess we’ll see where it goes ugh.
