I was trying to track my case on the app but when I enter my case# it says it cannot be found. On my my.uscis.gov login it says case was received with no updates since 3-29-2018 when it was filed. Any ideas of why it is like that?

WAC has already touched “some” March 2018 filers.  There are at least two approvals I remember from CSC.  One filed on 3/8/2018, and another one filed on 3/12/2018.

I cannot guess anything about yours, but I would not lose hope.

We, VSC filers, are still at least 2 months behind CSC, at the moment.

Filed my waiver petition on March 8th! Lacked lots of financial evidence since I didn’t have any, but included tons of pics and social media posts.

never got a fingerprint appointment, RFE or interview

got my new card mailed yesterday!!

What kind of waiver did you file ?

I filed a divorce waiver

I’m a divorce waiver filer as well and I filed around thesame time . Hopefully mine is as smooth as yours . I didn’t send my final divorce decree when I filed my ROC because it was finalized at that time however, I mailed it to uscis later . I also didn’t get any message from uscis saying they received my final divorce decree . Do you think they might send me a RFE

Maybe they’ll be processing your case together with the cases arriving in the month when you sent the decree. If you sent a good to excellent amount of evidence you should be fine!

I can see now that I am not the only one. I am also a divorce waiver filer. I could’ve filed in December 2017 but as my divorce process was about to finalize, I waited and sent the package on Feb 27 with the divorce decree in it. My NOA is March 12 and My 2 years green Card expired on March. 9. Two days before the NOA’s date.

I collected all the evidences I could (Bank, phone, car insurance, AAA and others,  with both names, like 100  pictures with family and also trips around the world )  and sent the package with legal representation.

My marriage was too difficult so I prefiered to take the risk and file by myself. Hope this story have a happy ending ‘Cause is not being easy, this process brings me too much stress and instability. I have an excellent job, and also during last summer, met a person who I connected with ❤️, and I am so in love now that can’t conceive having to leave this country and start a new life without him. I wish you all guys to be approved very soon and a lot of happiness.

I would not read that as an issue.  USCIS systems are the issue.  You can see back in the posts here that some people didn’t get any update then the card showed up in the mail for them.

Thank you!  I’m trying to be relaxed about the process.

Looks like my wife's case has been approved. I have been checking online every day with no updates... decided to use the case tracker app and it said my case has been approved.  She's currently out of the country and I've been too lazy to check the mail.  It was approved 1/31/2019.
