How long is the wait for N-400?

I become eligible in February but not sure if I should apply or just wait  the I751 out.

What are the odds of having the N-400 approved before it, or really in general; because it is an extra 600+ fee?

The wait times very by processing centers. Go to the link below and you will be able to see how long based on which office processes yours

Hope we get same treatment 🤨

My wife didn't have an interview for AOS so I'm hoping this new change doesn't apply to her.

We just said exactly the same thing today. Our window opens for N400 a little less than 3 weeks after yours and my application will be right on time!  Been dancing with USCIS for 4 years now and we are ready to just live our lives as a normal family.

Are you doing your application online or paper?

I am. No news since I went in for biometrics. They didn't even update the status for that.

But I do get an automated email once a month, saying there are no updates for my case. I'm not even sure how I signed up for that.

Hello all,

I filed my AOS at the end of March 2018 but still there is no update, please help? I checked the USCIS website on a weekly basis and go under "Case History" and it listed as case was received on March 28,2018 and fingerprint was completed on July 13, 2018. Also, one more thing I want to add is on a monthly basis the USCIS send me an email "We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time." I live in Oklahoma if that helps or not.

My questions are:

1) Do you guys experiencing the same thing that I do?

2) Any other website I needed to check besides USCIS.gov website?

3) What is the next step? Interview or green card mail?

4) Why is it taking so long?

Please help and thank you for reading

When you say "AOS", I'm assuming you mean ROC

What service center has your case? It will be at least 15 months, and probably longer, after filing before you will hear anything.

I apologize I meant to say ROC and thank you for pointing that out. The service center that I filed was Laguna Niguel, CA.

I see thank you for the info
