I checked my case a few min ago and it has been was updated, it says:

 

Fingerprint Reviewed was completed.

As of May 7, 2018, we completed our review of your fingerprints and we are working on your for I-751,Petition To Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC XXXXXXXX at our California Service Center location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you.

 

Yaaay!! :dance: Looks like they "waived" our biometrics appointment!

I know I still have to wait a while but seen some progress from CSC makes me happy!

Received biometrics appointment letter on the 11th of May. Biometric appointment on May 24th in Detroit. 

Married in Barbados: June 10 2015

Jul 20 2015: Lawyer Mailed I-130 Packet to Chicago lockbox

Aug 7 2015: I-130 NOA1 (California!!!)

Nov 17 2015: I-130 approved (102 days since NOA1)

Dec 11 2015: NVC case # assigned

Dec 14 2015: AOS & IV billed (same time as we have lawyer)

Dec 14 2015: Received email with case number and invoice number

Where did you get information about waiving biometrics from? Did you call the USCIS to confirm that biometrics is waived for CSC I-751 petitons?

I have a situation that I send application in package for 2nd green card and it was delivered on March 11th which is now more than a month from now.  I still didn't hear from USCIS and my check has not been cashed yet. Is there anyone in same situation?

This website sucks and dont show any update but the accounts are locked and I dont receive any email from them or answer that they unlocked it.

did u contact your bank? mine was deliveted March 28th and cashed April 2nd. However I have never received my hard copy of the notice of action

Have you tried the new case status site yet? You’ll need to create a new account. Apparently they are phasing our the old site. Try this: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

Hi Controlla!

I called USCIS and they confirmed this status change means they will use our previous fingerprints. They also said I might  (or not) get a letter notifying me about this and to be aware that the biometrics fee sent with the application won't be refunded.

(I don't care if they keep it, anyway! lol)

We received our biometric letter on 05/14/2018 and it is for an appointment on 05/25/2018!

Thanks for the info. Yeah...they can keep the biometrics fee. No complaints over here.
