Glad to hear it went smoothly for you! The reason why I was confused really is because literally on the instruction it says both State and Federal are needed. Maybe requirements changed since Dec 2017?IMG_2986.thumb.jpg.ed37810f895d4cf5ac136b2880e42ff4.jpg

Well, you should go with the info you have of course.

Looked back and some people didn’t include theirs.  But I think it’s best to include everything you have.

I used transcripts with our I-130 but sent tax returns with our I751 ROC.  No RFE for transcripts, and we got our extension just fine.  As far as I know they are only interested in the federal portion of your tax returns not your state.  So just transcripts will be fine.

wells ####### we didnt file for 2 years federal lol

Hi March filers,

Just curious about if any 2018 March filers get the biometrics appointment???

I just checked that  most of Feb filers in 2018 who submit to VSC have got their appointment. It should be our turn.....

Nothing yet!  Based on what I saw in terms of Feb VSC filers, I suspect we’ll hear soon.

It's just a generic update they send if you don't disable it in your account. It's called Case Inactivity Notifications. I just turned it off, otherwise they will keep sending these.

Hi everyone,

Just saw on my USPS informed delivery that I have a piece of mail arriving today from USCIS Vermont. The original USCIS account tracker still shows the weird "we cannot display information for your case" and the new one just says they received my filing on March 8th.

Hoping this is the biometrics! Will update you all as soon I know - will be hovering by the mailbox until it arrives...

Adjusted status from VWP

Met in London October 2011

Married 10/9/15

AOS submitted 10/26/15

RFE (2014 tax transcript) received 11/21/15

EAD/AP received 1/25/16

Interview & approval 4/22/16

ROC submitted 3/6/18

NOA received 3/13/18

Biometrics 5/4/18

18 month extension received 8/13/18

N-400 submitted 1/22/19!
