I would start to worry about 30 days after they have received it. Then, I would call them.

I would call - I hadn't heard anything so I called - turns out there was a data entry error with my NOA and it was sent to a neighbor who has since moved. USCIS were very helpful but it did take around  5 hours of calls to confirm that the error had occured and the NOA is due to be resent.... I filed on the 1st March and the NOA was dated 9th March - called on Thursday 5th April.

Well I still didn’t get anything, sent on the 12th and got confirmation from usps delivered on the 15th but nothing till today... should I call and ask?

If you’re a February filer at Vermont, I would call if it were me.  California ffilers seem to have to wait a bit longer. But, based on my observation, if you a March. Filer like me,  it takes about a month to six weeks before you get a biometrics appointment, after you get a NOA. So a week or two more in my case.

But maybe some more experienced Visa Journey members will be able to give you some better advice.

I didnt receive any emails. I might have to call them and get that updated. Response was via mail. Hopefully you get something soon.

So, it would seem that the majority of February filers at Vermont Center have gotten and, already had their biometrics appointment.  So, I think any day now for us.  The average seems to be 6 weeks after NOA date, and letter arrives around 2 weeks to 10 days before your appointment date.

I really wish they would give a case number with the NOA1, instead of after with the biometric appointment letter. Anyone know why this is?

My letter says I would be able to check my case online after receiving the biometrics letter. I now have only a receipt number on top
