NOA1 was received today! I'm planning to go to DMV sometime next week and renew my driver's licence. Hopefully they don't give me a hard time!

Hey all, our window opened in early January but we filed in March, oops.  USCIS CA office received our i-751 on March 21 but we still haven't received our 1st NOA.  Is there anything to worry about?

Nothing to worry it's just the normal time to wait, CSC is also pretty backed up ....

I agree, nothing to worry about. Check out the spreadsheet and you will see that some have been waiting for longer than you with no NOA. I just got mine yesterday and it was received on the 21st.

just read a news on Washington post that immigrants who are using tax credit from healthcare market place could be in trouble.anyone have any info on this topic ???

Apparently, it’s a proposal by the Trump Administration not actually the case just yet.  I’m going to check into it more.

Received my NOA 1, guess I should have waited until I checked my mail haha. Now that we received this, I am not too worried about the wait anymore.  My biggest worry is just if the biometrics appointments fall during one of our vacations we have planned this summer.
