NOA1 received!

Google doc updated!

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1iGyq5ZCEZ6fOYJCSryivspbAo6dQUacfHJH9AuL51Wg

QUESTION: Hubbie is traveling abroad tomorrow - does he need to travel with this letter if his GC has not expired yet? And does it need to be the original NOA1 (not a copy)?

I can't imagine it would be a problem to travel with just his GC since it's not expired. As long as it's not expired when he gets back to the US.

Hi everyone,

I’ve been checking my case status every few days out of curiosity and until today it was obviously telling me my case number was invalid - but now it says fingerprint fee has been received! No mention of biometrics letter, but I’m expecting that to be a way off yet - good to know it’s in the system though! My package was received by VSC on March 8th.

Was so glad to read this!  I just checked and mine is in the system now too.  Finally, I can track things (not that they update it much). I wonder what they meant by that I will receive a letter, I am guessing it is the receipt I already received?

K1 PROCESS 2014-2015 - Done!

NOA1- June 24th
RFE- October 15th
They received RFE back- October 24th
NOA2- November 21st
Text that file sent to "Dept. of State" NVC- November 26th
NVC received Thursday, December 4th
Got Case # over phone on Monday, December 8th
"In Transit" status Wednesday, December 10th
"Ready" status Friday, December 12th
Arrived at Embassy Monday, December 15th
Package 3 emailed and returned Wednesday, December 17th
Interview date sent Thursday, December 18th for New Year's Eve!

Rescheduled for January 14 & 15th

Placed in Administrative Processing

Evidence Submitted & Opened March 4th

Finally back in NY in August 2015

AOS Process 2015-2016, Completed!

Form Mailed September 23rd, received the 25th

Text from USCIS with receipt numbers September 28th

NOA 1 for AOS, AP & Work Doc received October 2nd

Biometrics Appointment received October 9 for October 21st

AP & EAD approved December 14th, received in mail December 28th

"Card is being produced" text April 16th

Removal of Conditions 2018-? - I hope this goes fast!

Hey guys! I have a question, if we call them, what should we ask? Just ask them if they received our package? Kinda worries a little... we send it on the 12th, received on the 15th, but no nothing... thank you guys! And good luck for all of us!!

Did you do proof of delivery or signature required? I sent mine on the 7, received the 9th and I got my NOA 03/26 so if you go by my timeline you are still fine. I would not worry too much.

No I didn’t do signature required, but I did priority and insured , and it says delivered when I checked online

Nothing to worry about then.. Just give it some time. It seems USCIS is sending NOA out before updating their system.

Hi,

I know I should'n worry yet but seeing all those checks being cashed and waiting for mine to go thru starts making me nervous ...

Don't confuse my personality with my attitude....My personality is who I am, my attitude depends on who you are...

I know it’s easier to say but just give it a few more days and hopefully they’ll clear your Check soon! I’ve seen it is taking  about two weeks for some cases to have their check cashed...

I sent off my package today! USPS certified priority mail will arrive the destination in two days they said. My package is quite thin, but I hope the busy adjudicators are fine with that!
