For those of you who got their cases transferred from California Service Center to the National Benefits Center, has any of you gotten the letter that USCIS mailed?

Supposedly they mailed the letter on Friday, it has been a whole week and I have not received it. How long dies it take? I can mail a letter from coast to coast and it does not take more than 3 days.

Anyways, how many of u, who have had their cases transferred, applied for citizenship already? I did, so I was wondering if they will do a dual interview?

My case was transferred... Up till now no letter in the mail & I applied for N400 in February 2019.

My I-751:

08/16: Transferred to NBC

08/20: Transferred to Texas Service Center. (He speculates this could be to my local field office(Dallas))

N400:  is at Dallas Field Office.

I guess I just have to wait and see if interview date will come in the next few months or sooner.

STAGE 4: Removal of Conditions

03/19/18: I-751 mailed - Vermont Service Center

03/22/18: I-751 delivered to Vermont Service Center

03/23/18: Check Cashed

03/28/18: NOA1

05/29/2018: Biometrics

03/19/2019 : Transferred to Dallas Field Office

Naturalization

02/27/19: N-400 Filed Online

02/27/19: NOA1

03/05/19: Biometrics

Filed March 2018, Got RFE and responded June 2019. In July 2019, I had my Biometrics done and I am still waiting...

My extension letter expires in 3 weeks and I need to get the stamp otherwise I will lose my job. When I checked on the USCIS website I found that they are no longer taking infopass appointments. Should I just walk-in or I have to call and make an appointment over the phone.

I live in San Francisco and my application is at CSC

As long as your application is pending you are still in legal status

am reading this message now and in the same boat.

Call USCIS tommorow and explain your situation. They rep will give you a reference number.

In two days you will be called from USCIS washington office and the officer will ask you to confirm the reference number given by rep.

The officer will then lookup your case and setup appointment for you on next available slot.

you would then go to the local office and get your passport stamped with I-551
