The I-751 was never approved on its own.  The appointment for the N-400 came and it was all resolved there.

Finally got an update on my case. It has now been transferred. Not sure where to yet. But I guess my local office and in hopes of combo interview with my N400.

its been 17months and God knows how much longer we have to wait.

I finally got an update, but not really what I was looking for.

 

My case was transferred and new office has jurisdiction. Did anyone else get this? My case was originally CSC. For those of you who had their cases transferred, how long did it take to get action? I am just hoping it does not go to an office that has even a bigger backlog.

 

Yes, the wait is just frustrating!

We got the same thing a couple days ago. A day before that it was “Your case has been transferred to schedule an interview.” I’m pretty sure all of this means that our cases were transferred to local field offices to schedule interviews. I imagine the scheduling timeline for each of us depends on the workload at our respective field offices.

Hello! This Thursday I will start 18th month!! Still no update. The site stuck in “can’t provide information”  try to not think about it but it still in my head all the time.

Submitted my rfe to texas on Aug 16th and they received and confirmed on Aug 21st.

How long does it usually take for texas to respond with a decision on rfe. Please help.

MArch 13th case transfered to Texas

Aug 2nd received RFE

Aug 16th replied with more evidences

Aug 21st USCIS confirm that response of rfe was received...

 

now waiting for decision...anyone herewith some experience on rfe being approved from TEXAS?

I submitted my rfe to texas 7/19

I did not received any update till 8/16 says new card is in production.

USCIS mailed the green card 8/20 and I received my green card /22

I submitted to mesquite Texas too on Aug 16th and they received it on Aug 21. Waiting for a week now
