Finally something!  Wow, kinda frustrating though!  Hopefully they will get you an appointment soon so you can be done with this stage and move on

I already fill the paperwork for N-400; I am submitting it Friday. Since I am getting interviewed, I might as well get it done.

We were of the same mind. I told my husband I would submit if we didn't have it by last Wednesday. Then I got called in for night shift on Wednesday and we ended up getting approved on the Thursday night so we decided to wait.

Honestly, if you are not planning to travel outside the US or are not worried about traveling with the letter, it probably still saves time overall to just apply for N400 as soon as you can.

I traveled a few times with the letter to Canada, Mexico, The Bahamas without issues. I have no plans to travel in the 6 months so I'll take my chances with it since that is my end goal anyhow.

Congrats on the approval!!

Hi all,

I just got got an update, my case has been transferred today - and it was already moved to Texas on March 6th. I did apply for citizenship, but my local office (NYC) is so slow that I don’t expect them to look at my file for another 8-9 months, so not sure where it’s been moved to now.

Will keep you updated. Feeling very frustrated with the process at the moment.

Adjusted status from VWP

Me 6 weeks still nothing.

Sounds like minimum time frame post-biometrics is at least 6 weeks. I waited 15 months already. What’s another month or 6 months maybe, ah heck, 12 months?!? I guess as long as they send me another 18-month extension letter soon, I’d be okay — like I have a choice 😫

I am waiting a month exactly post biometrics. I just hope I don’t get another extension letter: I just wanna be done with Uscis.

Thank you. Now if they would just send out the Greencards!  I just don't want a repeat of the AOS with those GC's lol.  Her's arrived within a few days of approval. Mine got caught up in that situation where there was some issue that I now forget with printing cards and it took almost 6 weeks for them to send mine.
