Hi there! Have been following this thread for a while, good info!

Filed March 28th 2018. Got biometrics waived. Then biometrics were requested ,so, I did that last Wednesday... waiting just like everybody else here to be approved. Instead just got RFE message! No idea what they want from me this time. Very disappointed and frustrated. Did not expect that to happen at all.

let us know what they are asking.

this is ridiculous to receive rfe after more than 15 months.

I filed march 26th 2018 and biometrics done 23 may 2019. no response on old or new website.

completed one month today without any response after biometrics.

I have been watching lots of cases sound mine in the app, and it seems like half of the file numbers have received RFEs. Mine has been sitting untouched even though all consecutive numbers before and after me with I-751 have been touched. It feels like forever... the more RFEs the longer this whole process is going to take!

what app are you using  ?

looks like there are lot of options in the playstore.

I filed noa1 march 28.

Then we got biometrics notice for May 2018 - my wife wasn't in town so had to move it and got that done in June 2018.

August  2018 received 18 month extension

March 2019 got transfer to texas

June 2019 received RFE (waiting for letter)

Both of us were out of country when the website changed status to RFE.  There were no questions asked at port of entry. I have global entry so I walked out and my wife went through the regular line.

Received RFE letter today. They are saying that they have good faith marriage insufficient evidence. I already piled up all kinds of documents. Hopefully, this is enough.

My case is transferred to Nebraska, they sent me an RFE too.. Good Faith Marriage Insufficient Evidence. I gave them additional evidences like 2018 joint tax return, 2018 water bill that shows our physical address, 2018 joint bank account and credit card statements. Cant provide a deed that shows me and my husband’s name since he only have the last will and testament from my late mother in law and still need to undergo probate. I just provided them a copy of the will plus an explanation letter. Also, some photos that we took last year and early this year.  I hope these documents will be enough evidence for approval.

They received my RFE response last June 18.

Now, I am just waiting again and praying hard for a favorable decision from Nebraska.

For my RFE I am sending : tax return 17 and 18, car insurance with both of our names, bank statements with attached check showing our names on it, future cruises confirmations (one is in the end of 2020), inheritance will, photos from the trip we just took, health insurance where I am a dependent. I will enclose a content letter as well.

Thanks a bunch.  Are you re-sending the documents in addition to new ones you already sent while filing?

At this point, I am assuming mine is similar RFE.  I had sent all these tax returns, insurance, affidavits.  If marriage evidence is my RFE  - I was planning to re-send whatever I sent and add more like photos, trips, social events etc.  We don't have shared bank account and we didn't buy any asset together.  That seems to be a big hole in my case.

Also, this RFE letter states what I already sent to them with the specific instruction to not resend any of it.

I'm so glad so many of us have been approved without an interview. I finally got my 10 year green card today and I was so happy... and ready to file for citizenship. Hopefully I'll see some of you over in that forum now :)

For those still waiting, I'm sure it won't be long now. Even with an RFE you know someone's looking at it and it's in process, which is good news. Hang in there, you're at the finish line now!

And I updated the spreadsheet today too ❤️
