for me the egov just says "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information." it has no mention about my fingerprints at all. again weird = uscis

for the other website same status as fingerprint review completed as of may 2019. I just walked in about week or so ago for my appointment.

Thank you. It is good to know that I am not the only one with different case status. I am at CSC and filed March 2018. CSC seems to have stalled. I hope this will be done by end of the year. I just want the 10 year card and don’t care about naturalization😅

I agree. like keep proving your status everywhere and keep showing extension letter explaining details at times.

am surprise though that for some at CSC it shows card produced on old site so they're getting update on the old site

Yes, the two websites have been off throughout the entire process.

The old one didn't work at first for me, then the new one showed "fingerprints are taken (or something like that", then it didn't update at all until the old website changed the status to "Transfer to new jurisdiction" and today updated to "New Card Being Produced" but the new one is not updated. Who knows!?!

LoL Just keep reference the letters that you receive at home

They set the appointment for us for this Monday. Good thing I can make it with such short notice.

Right?  We have ours on Friday - a week from Today so we got about 12 days notice. I was just really ticked because it's our anniversary and we had taken the day off to celebrate together.  Noon cuts right into the middle of our day,  but I've learned with biometrics not to reschedule unless absolutely necessary. Last time we had a conflict because we had concert tickets and it was on my hubby's birthday (they really pick their days!) and we waited nearly 7 weeks for a new appointment so we will just suck it up and get it done. I can't wait to be done with this process so we can live our lives together like normal people!

It's dragging that letter around with the card all the time that is a pain. I keep thinking what if the letter gets lost or damaged?!  :o

For the two sites, the old site has never worked for me since the beginning of the I751 process.  The new one has never changed. We have our bio appointment next week, after several letters waiving them but the new site still show Case Received.  I pretty much quit bothering to check the sites and just keep an eye on the mail to make sure I don't accidentally throw something important into the recycling lol

I use that letter all the time to cross into Canada and back and mine's worn along the creases, folded, stained lol. They still accept it. In fact, the last 2 times I crossed back into the US from visits to Canada I didn't even show them the letter, just my expired GC and my Nexus card. I just forgot both times.

A watched pot never boils.

I think I have to stop checking the USCIS case status.  It's funny this site has games for while you wait.

However, I am going to beg anyone who has received their GC to enter the date on the spreadsheet.  It's so helpful to see accurate statistics.  Maybe if you've already received it, you never read this page again, and that's part of the problem! :)

I agree so much on this. A few people once they are done with their process, they stop caring about others' situation, and never see them again in the thread.

I have been updating everything as I go.

In fact, just so you know, I received three different updates on three different days, as you will see in the attachment.

First the card was produced, second the case was approved, third and last my green card was mailed to me.

I will let you know how long it will take to receive the green card in the mail!

Thanks for the update and best of luck with N-400 if you’re doing it.
