Ooo lucky! Are you actually living in CA? Mine got delayed somehow - probably won’t get there until Wednesday :(

So excited to hear people are getting NOA1’s quick! Do you guys know if they have to actually look through your packet before they give you that, or does everyone that has a check cashed get it?

Yes, I live in CA.

For the NoA, I think if your I-751 is filled properly, signed, dated  and submitted within the 90 day window with the correct fees you will get the NOA.

Hello Everyone!!

Here we are again 2 year laters.  My window opened up January 21 but haven't had chance to file. Now that I am gathering all the evidence, I am a little worried we don't have so much.  With pregnancy right when arriving from abroad and child duties, we honestly did not pay much mind to the evidences.

This is what we have so far:

-birth certificate of our child born to our marriage

-bank statement of joint account (we recently just joined it because first bank account hubby took out was by himself to take advantage of an offer ;)

-joint health insurance policy

-car insurance policy joint

-trip itinerary we took together

-pictures together with family and friends

-joint US tax return 2016, 2017

The reason we don't have any lease or bills together is because the place where we lived together at first was an efficiency and the rent had everything included.  No lease.

and where we are living now is with my parents in the attic.

We do have a cellphone family plan together.  should I include a copy of that?

Just a little worry we don't have the common evidence together.

Congrats to everyone that moved forward in the process in the last few days.  I saw that a few filers checks were cashed, and I’m pretty sure I saw a few NOA1s. Congrats everyone!

And, to those of us who are still waiting....you’re next!!

I would definitely add the cell phone plan. Why not, right? I think that you can send an explanation letter about the lease and that you should be fine. Good luck!

Definitely add the cellphone plan.  Get a notarized affidavit from your parents that attest to the fact that you live with them. Add car lease or title if it shows your names on it together.  Instead of tax returns, do tax transcripts - they are from the IRS and hold more weight.  Add W-2's that correspond w/ the tax transcripts.  If you have any credit cards together, put those in.  Make sure you show every single bank statement since you joined - attach an explanation letter to your cover letter detailing why there isn't statements from the inception of the marriage.
