I share your frustration. I got a letter that my fingerprint was going to be reused and yet I've seen plenty approved that were after us. There's no logic in how this works. Congrats to the others and patience to Us.

Case Was Received

On March 21, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WAC181215XXXX, and sent you the receipt notice that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice.

Awesome!  Gives the rest of us hope,

Hi All,

I'm new to the forum but I have been tracking March approvals for the last couple of weeks. I'm a Vermont Filer EAC18118519xx and thanks to the grace of God I was approved today 4/30/2019 around 10am.

Case History:

Case was received - March 21, 2018

Fingerprints - May 22, 2018

18 Month extension - Sometime in August

Green Card approved - April 30, 2019

Did not get a notification email/text; just kept checking my case on the track app. Case has not been updated on the new website only on old website. Hang in there guys, your time shall come soon too!

Just one quick question, what is the estimated process time of naturalization? Debating whether to do it now or waiting the 5 years (might need a long break from immigration).

I think it varies. We have an estimate of 9 months but some have reported the estimate changing after biometrics. That's tomorrow so we'll see. It seems to depend on your service center too. We filed before our ROC was complete. Also we filed online, super easy and received our biometrics appt notice in 3 days. Head over to the forum. lots of good info.

Patience is a virtue. On average it takes approximately 60 days from the transfer date for the new Jurisdiction office to take any action on the case.

So for all those VT filers who got transferred to TX in March — wait for further notice about your case throughout the month of May.

you give me hopes *sigh* 💆‍♀️

Hi all!

My status changed to "New Card Being Produced" today!!!!!  I'm a Vermont filer and my case was not transferred. I filed March 28, 2018 with a NOA date of March 30, 2018.

And in case this is helpful for anyone else -

I did not receive an email or text and saw my status change in the app as I was searching through the 100 cases nearest mine. My status did not even change in the saved "my case" section of the app until I deleted it and saved it again (it was stuck on "case status"). Additionally, my status has only been updated on the old website but not the new. We also moved after sending our application in and the change of address is reflected on the old site, but nothing on the new one except "my case was received."

Thank you all for being such an incredible and supportive community.

thats when i filled to and i was at vermont until mine got transferred...some bullshit I'm telling u ..lucky u are

I’m certainly exicted for those who are getting approved finally, but I’m quite frustrated as so many people who filed nearly a month after my wife and I did are being approved as they weren’t transferred from VT to TX.  Why were so many files transferred to essentially be skipped over? I feel like TX hasn’t had any approvals in ages.

i feel you...same boat

Hello All,

I've been following this forum for a long time. I'm a Vermont Filer. Submission date March 28, 2018. I just saw movement in a few cases after my EAC#18112451***. Not sure how this works but I'm hoping my case status gets updated soon.

Also, I've noticed that I receive case status updates early in the morning (Around 7:30am EST) for previous day changes.

Good luck.

I'm currently sitting at the USCIS office waiting to do my biometrics once again.. Does anyone know why this is??

I appreciate any help or advise!

Reposting.. in case anyone can shed some light on this for me..

I read in one of the comments of just a few people where asked for second finger prints.

And in  one of the tracking apps, it says they lost some data from some of the biometric centers, dua to technical faults, and my center and is one, New Jersey, so I might receive a re-biometric letter again.

I dont think you should be worried.

Good luck 👍🏽🍀

First, congratulations!!

Since your case was approved, I would just wait to get the card (mine took 7 days). This way you can send a copy of the valid card with your N-400 application.
