Pivot case is when you have to upload documents on CEAC website and common case is when you send documents by mail. NVC will give you the case # to proceed with the next steps of visa process.

my wife called NVC many times this week, they say case has been sent to supervisor, it's been gone to supervisor for way too long now. she requested them if she can talk to supervisor but they tell her supervisors are busy helping other customers? :-@ i mean wth!

is there any way i can contact NVC over internet? this is getting just too much now.

That’s their latest processing time. I am in week 6.

wow thats really rude of him. its ok u can keep calling im in week 7 and call twice a day in afternoon and at night. 

4/12/17 - NOA1 Sent to Nebraska

1/10/18 - NOA2

1/18/18 - Case Sent to Department of State

1/25/18 - NVC received case

3/30/18 - Case # and IIN assigned

3/30/18 - Paid AOS and IV fee

4/9/18 - AOS and IV fee Status Changed to Paid

4/9/18 - Submit DS 260 and uploaded AOS and IV package

4/16/18 - Case complete

5/7/18 - Received interview email 

6/4/18 - Interview @ 7am at ISL embassy - Approved :jest:

Yes it is. For a long time they were telling us that the processing time is 2 weeks and we are a bit delayed. As of yesterday, they updated their processing time to 8 weeks.

Mine is not a pivot case,do you think it will still take up to 8weeks to get?

non pivot ive seen take 3-4 weeks

4/12/17 - NOA1 Sent to Nebraska

You can download an app called "hangouts" on your phone and call them for free.
