NVC Filers - March 2018

I’m crying right now because of the case number :((. I have regular case and as other member recently got their case number after 4 weeks, I have a big hope getting mine this week. However, there is nothing :(. It is exactly 1 month since NVC received my case from Uscis. 

NSC

NOA1: 03 JUL 2017

NOA2: 31 JAN 2018

NVC RECEIVED: FEB 15 2018

CASE #: MAR 21 2018

DS261: MAR 24 2018

AOS PAY: MAR 27 2018, "PAID" MAR 29 2018

IV PAY: MAR 29 2018

SD: APR 05 2018

CC: APR 17 2018

4/12/17 - NOA1 Sent to Nebraska

1/10/18 - NOA2

1/18/18 - Case Sent to Department of State

1/25/18 - NVC received case

3/30/18 - Case # and IIN assigned

3/30/18 - Paid AOS and IV fee

4/9/18 - AOS and IV fee Status Changed to Paid

4/9/18 - Submit DS 260 and uploaded AOS and IV package

4/16/18 - Case complete

5/7/18 - Received interview email 

6/4/18 - Interview @ 7am at ISL embassy - Approved :jest:

What NVC says when you call? NVC was on January 12 already a week ago. It seems way too long.

yeah who knows its taking long now but later it'll be fast. some people have cc but their interview date is taking long so each person has own story so best to be patient and know its not in ur hand. just have everything ready and make sure its good on ur part.

Aw don’t u worry I pray you will get through soon nxt week will be one month for me even though I haven’t called them since they received it but I pray every night that I’ll get good news soon. Pray and try again nxt week 🤗

Thank you. I have everything ready to submit. This journey is so long and I wish All of us will get through it smoothly.

Thank for your praying. I feel unfortunate because all of sudden they got backlogged when our cases are there :(

i think both can but i'll be doing it (petitioner).

I did not sign the Tax Transcript. I got my Tax Transcript in mail so had to scan them and ended up with a huge file after scanning.

Hello everyone, I would like to ask if anyone know , re I -864 when it’s filled by joint sponsor , does he need to submit evidence of income and federal income tax returns ( beside IRS Tax transcrips for most recent tax year and w-2 form ) ?
