I'm guessing they didn't think you were going to just visit and leave.

Then we had approved I-130 already, no need to use tourist visa for stay.

haven't been checking in here for a while and seeing that soe people with SD of March 1 are getting CCs! WOOP WOOP! Congrats.

We're a 1 March SD, so hopefully, I hear something soon. I found the AOS really complicated and stressful, so I'm terrified I'll get a checklist. Let's see.

For the ones waiting for the IV fee invoice I woke up today with the IV fee invoice email. It took 12 days between AOS and IV fee. I suggest you to call the NVC representative and review your agent, 2 days after you should have the IV bill email.

Hello! My husband was born in London, England and lives there now. He lived in Morocco for two years during high school, because his mother is originally form Morocco.

NVC just emailed us asking for a police certificate and court records from Morocco... Is this normal? We are not sure how to get them, because my husband is in London...

Case received February 20. Called yesterday, still no case number. Sent to supervisor. Ugh. Always an issue with our case, from RFE to this. What’s next.
