Finally got a cc. Called NVC this evening after seeing at NVC and the AOS fees disappeared. Thanks everyone for your advises and for those who are yet to get their CN or cc, just be patient, I'm more than confident yours is on the way. Best of luck.

I learned from here that schedules are done at the end of the month. So let all just keep praying...

i called and the agent told me my case was documentarily completed today and I'm in line to be scheduled for an interview!!!!! I am so excited.

CC- march 12th.

not even two weeks....

Yes...both were open, but I had to pay them one at a time (AOS & then IV). Both now say "In Process". 

 

I guess mine is a pivot case...if that means being part of CEAC & uploading everything instead of mailing the packets. I just don't see that word mentioned anywhere from NVC.

I am a longtime observer who has just joined the forum. We filed our i130 in June and were approved and transfered to the NVC at the end of January. NVC received our case on Feb 2, 2018 and we are still waiting for a case number. Ours is a pivot case (Canada). I call the NVC every day to no avail. We have been referred to a supervisor twice (the second time they took names and DOB). I’m trying to get a sense of what’s going on there and how much longer it will be. Anyone get a case number yet with a pivot case received in February?

some of us who use lawyers for the USCIS portion get our lawyers automatically transferred as our agent so we don't have to fill out the ds261 and just jump to paying both fees right away.

I don’t think so. There are still a bunch of us waiting from January....

Pivot case here... NVC reiceived my case January 31st... still waiting for case# 😭
