I am going to ask what might sound like stupid questions, they are not meant to be offensive so I hope you don't take it that way.

 

you didn't add spaces? or invert "O" from "0" if there are any?

My mistake. Invoice number I noted down was missing one digit. Called NVC and they gave me correct one.. The lady was nice she even submitted my agent info on phone she said I would save 3 weeks of time with that :)

that is great the one I got on the phone today refused to do that for me, I figure I would just call back there tomorrow.

All cases are reviewed. This means they check that all documents sent are the correct ones and I guess they check that everything meets the requirements. Now they always say 11 weeks but I see most of the people here are reviewed and give a "case complete" within 3 weeks. Not 11. 

Do you think that the new influx of 15000 new cases will also affect the speed of the cases are at review level ?
