I am non-pivot approved 12 February and no case number. They have always said they got our case on 23 February but today the guy said they got it on 19 February. Whatever the hell it is that they are doing, I really don’t know. 

 That's so strange because the same happened to me. My receive date was 2/21 then 3 weeks later it changed to the 19th and then 2 days later changed back to the 21st. I received my case number oon Monday and still haven't received a welcome email. I tried logging in with my case and invoice number today but it said something about not being ready.

@truelove29 or anyone with pivot cases,

 

in in the welcome letter that u get from NVC, does it show the following:

name of applicant

need for police certificate?

 

i need something like that for the police to get the police clearance...or is there a screen on the document submission portal that will show that?
