I just checked my status online... It says "At NVC" so this means case complete?!

Scan date: March 5

CC? March 28

How long will it take for an interview?!

Mumbai embassy

I don't know . Mine shows the same too. But nvc is closed now.. so we have to wait till tomorrow to call n ask.

I'm just hoping this doesn't have anything to do with checklist.

No, I don't think so! like most of the people here who have had the status changed to at nvc meant CC. So, let's be positive.

Pretty sure it's not a check list it's a CC. Everyone who has posted here that it says at NVC has been a CC. I wish I get CC soon.. SD date is 3/6

It takes me almost 5 weeks to get a case number but as soon as I got the case number everything move on so fast.

( One suggestion to everybody . As soon as you pay the AOS fee .Print the document cover sheet and send your document with the AOS document. You do not need to wait until you finish your DS 260 and IV fee. )

IV AOS document sent 3/8/18

SD 3/16/18

CC 3/28/18

Only 12 days to case complete. This morning I check the CEAC and status changed to AT NVC . I call this afternoon to make sure my case is completed. Mine is regular case. :jest::)

Good luck to every one!!!!!

Congratulations dear, please for the supporting documents what and what did you send?like did you send your call logs with your spouse etc?

Hang in there. NVC received our case on Feb 1st. I spoke to them last night. The representative said to wait through Thursday (exactly 8 weeks from receive date) and to call on Friday if I still haven’t received a case #. I’m hoping that means we’ll have a case # soon.

Oh thanks for this! That's more information that NVC seems to ever give me. Please keep me posted if you hear anything today or tomorrow! Hoping for end of this week or early next...

For electronic processing (pivot cases) how do you upload the documents like the passport? Can I just take a picture of it and then change it to pdf? Or do I have to scan it ?

I believe I read somewhere that photos are fine...as long as it's a PDF or jpeg and no more than 2MB...then that should be fine. But for docs like the I-864...all 10 pages should be in one document.

Sure I’ll definitely post here if I get anything. I am going to call them at the very last minute before they close tonight because if I call early they’ll give me something ridiculous like there’s still 4 hours left so it’s not exactly 8 weeks yet.
