Another question regarding police certficate, did your wife get it from the police station of the area where she lives or from some other police station?

I am a pivot case also and they got mine on Feb 02 still waiting. Statistically you should be getting a case number this week . It takes around 6 weeks for pivot cases so far looking at others timelines. Hang in there .

Hey.. What is a pivot case? Do I fall under same category.

Hi.

How do I know if mine is a pivot case? and what does it mean?

We got approved Dec 13, 2017. NVC Received our file on Jan 30 and after i called them 2-3 times every week they sent a request to supervisor on 21st feb. Its almost been 5 weeks since NVC received our case  and 12 weeks since NOA2. Just so frustrating. :(

Hi, did they take petitioner and beneficiary name and dob? Nvc got my case on Feb 15th. I called today and the lady took the information to send it to supervisor. As other members said if they took the information, it is higher chance they take care of your case.
