I agree, she has no clue!! Maybe they sent the email last Friday inquiring why you don't have a case # yet...that's what they did for mine at the 8 week mark....and then I got my case number a week later. Definitely call again today!

4-24-17 I-130 sent to Chicago Lock Box

4-25-17 NOA 1 & sent to TSC

11-15-17 NOA 2

12-26-17 Case sent to Dept. of State

1-08-18 NVC Received case

3-12-18 Case Number Assigned / AOS & IV Fees Paid

3-14-18 DS-260 Completed

3-16-18 Uploaded Civil Documents

3-21-18 Uploaded AOS Documents 

3-26-18 Checklist to reupload docs

3-29-18 Finished uploading docs

4-4-18 Case Complete

4-13-18 Received interview email

5-18-18 Interview date 

5-24-18 Visa Issued

on i864 theres part 7 optional which deals with listing ur assets/savings. if i dont plan to list any should i leave blank or write n/a etc...? it says optional so i figured i can leave blank... 

4/12/17 - NOA1 Sent to Nebraska

1/10/18 - NOA2

1/18/18 - Case Sent to Department of State

1/25/18 - NVC received case

3/30/18 - Case # and IIN assigned

3/30/18 - Paid AOS and IV fee

4/9/18 - AOS and IV fee Status Changed to Paid

4/9/18 - Submit DS 260 and uploaded AOS and IV package

4/16/18 - Case complete

5/7/18 - Received interview email 

6/4/18 - Interview @ 7am at ISL embassy - Approved :jest:

I left it blank...I have everything ready to go except for police clearance (I need the NVC welcome letter or screen to get it). Luckily, I just need to send it receipt to NVC as police will send directly to embassy.  I am soooo ready for the next step, but when will i get my case number?

oh really that must be specific to hong kong then. yeah i have everything ready probably more than i need but i rather give them more than leave something and get checklist lol .

My status changed to At NVC this morning so hoping this means a CC. I've been on hold for awhile trying to confirm and may have to call back later but I will let the group know for sure.

I have the same question. My CC is on March 14 and in the queue awaiting interview. Guess they will start scheduling on March 28 and first week of April. Wish you have are on the top of the list so you can get the appointment as early as tomorrow.

My cc came March 12th. I hope I'll be among those scheduled this week /next week.

I think they are going to start next week my case close on January 16 I’ve been waiting since then but I think from January 16 and on they will schedule

You can leave it blank, but just to be safe and not leave the blanks open for interpretation by the reviewer, I would put N/A in all spaces that do not apply to your case.
