I just got off the phone with them and I was told again to call back on April 23rd as that will be the day I will get a case number. Is it really written in stone? My case is not a pivot case so was hoping for at least a month. AM really discouraged now. Anyone else waiting on a case number? NVC received Feb. 26th.

My NVC received date is 21st feb. Called today - no case number yet. We should be getting it in another 2 weeks I guess.

AoS & IV status to 'paid'       : 04/12/2018 (DS-260 link active)

DS-260                                     : 04/18/2018 (got logged out multiple times and completed it over 2 days) 

Send Aos and IV packets     : 04/25/2018 (USPS 3 day delivery expected to reach on 04/28/2018)

SD                                             : 04/30/2018 (USPS notified that it was delivered on 04/27/2018)

They probably mean they got your case. My husband was so flipping mad because the last person he spoke to said 'CONGRATULATIONS!' and he was getting his hopes up that we got a case #, but it was followed with 'we got your case'. Like, thanks. We knew that from 5 weeks ago. LOL!

Lol aw that sucks. I know they already received my case from February 23 was calling about case number so was wondering if he meant they working on it .

Many Congrats . . . Now I think we will get our case number by the end of this week may be. . .  by the way nvc recieved our case on 12 Feb . . . 

PD  = 15 DEC 2016

NOA 1 = 21 DEC 2016

NOA 2 = JAN 2018

(AS PETITIONER WAS ON GREEN CARDS THAT IS WHY IT TOOK SO LONG)

NVC RECEIVED = 12 FEB 2018

CASE # ASSIGNED = 19 APR 2018

PAID AOS & IV FEE = 20 APR 2018

FEE DEDUCTED = 25 APR 2018

DS260/CIVIL DOCS/ AOS SUBMITTED = 26 APR 2018

WAITING FOR CC :D

Our case is On hold.

We got checklist 16 march nd resubmit i864a form 

nvc receives our documents 21 march

and scan date is 23 march.

 my question is how long does is take for nvc to review our i864a again nd how long does it take for CC ??

Received case numbers on Thursday and today just now I was able to  fill ds261.  Will call nvc to review over phone.

Anyone knows if lebanon is pivot?? I cant find about...i read about pivot cases but didnt find if lebanon is pivot..my husband is born in USA ...im brazilian living kn lebanon

Ours NOA2 on the same day. NVC received on Feb 23 I think? I'm not able to call them to verify for the case number :( Did you call for this or got email from them? Congrats!

what was the issue in i864a that you sent? It could help me prevent a checklist when I file. I also require an i864a.

Did you get your case number and iin number? You have to  call them.  It's quicker.  If you have Skype it's very cheap to call from abroad.  I was calling almost everyday for my case number as it was 5 weeks since nvc received my case.

I think I should be going down to the Embassy in Manila and ask for it BUT I doubt they would do this for me anyways. Yes, making a phone call is quicker as well I'm hearing impaired and don't have a device to call via phone video relay service. If I'm in the States, I will call them :( So,, I assume to wait for their email. Thanks again and congrats to you!
