I-130 paper size

Hey guys 

Back with another question.

My wife sent me a signed I-130 from india but its printed on a slightly longer and narrower paper than a standard letter size paper and the paper quality is not the best. It doesnt look pure white. She only sent me the signed 1 page and I will print the rest of the pages here so it will look a little odd with other better quality paper.

Would that be fine.

Sorry if its a silly question. Just want to make sure everything is good.

So your wife is the petitioner? Only the petitioner completes the I-130.

Sorry I mean I-130a. I am the petitioner.

OK. The paper size is irrelevant. USCIS is used to seeing international paper sizes.

If your wife (beneficiary) resides outside the US, she does not need to sign, by the way.

Yes..I am aware.

But uscis just release a new statement on their website.

I don't know if it applies to 130a or not but didn't want to take any chances.

That didn't say that the beneficiary must sign but in any case, you already have the signature. Just saying you don't need to worry so much
