Hi.

I am currently a green card holder and is now asked to renew my card to 10-year condition.

My US-citizen spouse and I are planning to move out of the US for good.

I just want to know the effects of not renewing my green card to my online job, which is currently taxed here in the US. Same with some important matters like banking, and assets which my name was added under my spouse's name.

Thank you and looking forward to your advice.

This is not "renewing" your green card. This is proving that the green card you initially got was due to a legitimate marriage.

The least complicated route I see for you, is to submit the removal of conditions application ("renew card" ) and then go through the process of surrendering your 10 year green card, this way later in life if you decide to come back your immigration process would be a bit more straight forward.

To put it in short simple terms, everyone has to renew the 2 to 10 year or they can have their file marked with horrible terms like fraud etc. lawyers can fix it later on (especially if still married) but its less straight forward
