Hi Guys! I was in AP since 11.5 months . Today I received an email from embassy. Here is the email :

“We are writing in regard to your immigrant visa application. Could you please provide evidence of your ongoing relationship since March 2017?

If you and your petitioner spent time together since then, please provide evidence.”

Here I tell you a bit about my story. I had my interview back march 2017.We have a daughter who was born in mid April 2017. So embassy doesn’t have proof about my daughter. Please help me what type of proof I can send them if I didn’t meet my wife since then she is going through alot due to her health issues.

I will really appreciate your help and sincere  advise.

Thanks in advance

Daughter birth certificate, pictures, conversation logs, if you visited each other proof of travel, anything that clearly shows you have a real ongoing relationship.

We didn’t visit each other . My daughter got her passport back late December 2017. We are planning to visit each other soon in future. Should i tell them reason why my wife wasn’t able to travel?

Exactly as the others, chat logs, pictures from recent trips (plane tickets/passport page copies with entry/exit information.... Sure you can introduce that you two have had a child; but in some reality, a kid just saws two people had sex, doesn't "verify" a relationship.

They ask for  evidence of ongoing relationship. If should have no problem  providing evidence. Her health conditions are not evidence of relationship. might help with an expedite request though. Best wishes.

Thanks for your reply. My wife gave birth to our daughter back mid april 2017. My daughter got her passport back late december 2017. We didn’t visit each other since then because she is going thrrough a lot due to her health condition. Should i tell them reason why? We can also attach a doctor letter if you think it will worth it. Otherwise we can visit eachother and afterwards we can send them proof what do you say? I also sent a gift to my daughter ? I have DhL receipt? I also transfered money to her she did the same what do u think? Shoukd i mention about money transfer receipt?

Do what they say

We communicate olalmost on daily basis sometimes  long chat sometimes small we share pictures

Those chat logs will be one piece of evidence of an on-going relationship....especially if you can show chat logs throughout the period.
