Hi,

It's been a while since I was last on here, but I had nothing to update you all with - well, now I have my interview date! woo hoo!

Here's my current situation:

I have had my biometrics taken twice - once for the medical and once for the employment authorization card, but I did not book a medical. This is because I had to have one in England before I left and I figured they would just use that. Well my appointment for the AOS interview came through in the mail yesterday and now I'm worried that I should have had one! Anyone have any experience in this area?!

Also, I've seen a couple people getting green cards on here without going for an interview - Is the interview a sign of trouble?!

Thanks everyone,

Paranoid Dan

they would have sent you a RFE for the medical if it was required. You only need the medical if it is longer than 1 year since your medical for K1 and interview. As for me, I even did not sent them the I693A Form with the vaccination but only copy the entire vaccination records (in Germany we got a yellow book with all the vaccinations) and send it with the application.

I think you should be fine since they did not ask for RFE.
