hi there i apply for my wife june 2017.case was recived but nothing update almost going to 9 months .any body how long they take to approve ??

Depends on what you filed for??? Please fill out your timeline, it would help get a quicker answer.

if you applied for your wife and you are a LPR it will take longer, if you are a USC you should be getting an approval soon

thanks for answer . i pass interview test for citizen but some of documents are missing thats y i didnt get citizenship certificate .i got RFE from USCIS for my citizenship

so I assume you applied I-130 for your wife as a LRP, from what I have heard they are working on cases for LPR for 2016. once you have gotten the citizenship you can update the case through USCIS

hi how are you ?i just got my citizenship now i call USCIS to upgrade my i 1-30 petition for my wife .F2 to IR ..i want ask how they take to send me approvel letter its almost more then 10 months or should i hire a lawyer ?

You need to have patience.  Since you just became a citizen, you will have to wait for the change of category to be made; the 10 months to which you refer is prior to you naturalizing.  You do not need a lawyer yet - if ever.  A lawyer might have helped you earlier when you failed to present required documents which resulted in the RFE and the delay. A lawyer will not allow you to jump the line.
