Hello. Hope everyone is having a good night.

Straight to the point though... im planning on sending my roc package soon including my kid. But im not sure i have enough proof of financial evidence.

What i got:

-Joint savings and checkings account

-Joint apartment lease and rent receipts for the past 2 years

-My paychecks from my previous job and current job, some of my husband paystubs, included in the tax returns

-Federal tax returns, past 3 years (no irs transcripts, would these work though?)

-2 sworn affidavits from my in-laws

-Holiday, Birthday cards addressed to us

-My son's school registration

-Tons of pictures of us, including road trips and one vacation trip, concert tickets

-Some screenshots of our relationship on social media

-An application for healthcare and the denial letter showing the three of us applied

-One credit card bill addressed to my husband but that i was paying for him in cash..... i actually think that wont mean anything though

What i dont have:

-Joint car insurance (i dont have a car nor license but i do have a permit). He does a have a car and recently purchased another one but only on his name

-Joint health insurance (we both dont have one)

-No benefits (our jobs dont provide that)

-No 401k (not interested in getting one as of right now)

-No phone bills (we use virtual #'s)

-No utility bills bc we live in an apartment property of my in-laws and the bills are on their name

I just want to bypass the interview but im concerned i dont have enough evidence or do you think the things i have will suffice?

Please, any advice would be great. Thank you

Have your in-laws write another sworn affidavit that you live on their property and the bills are taken care of by them (also include a few sentences about you giving them cash/check to help out with the utilities, if you pay it in part).

Unless you already included this in their previous affidavit?

Both of the affidavits say something about him renting the apartment at first and then us moving in together, and the lease has a paragraph where it states the utilities included in the rent. Should i still have them write an extra affidavit?

No need for the extra one, since it sounds like you covered all the bases in the first one/lease then.

Well....I would probably leave out the healthcare denial letter----it's counterproductive as "evidence of a bonafide marriage" considering it was denied in the end.

Unless you meant to say "acceptance letter" and it was a typo on your part ;)

You do have some solid evidence and anything missing can be addressed in the letter you're sending along with the package.  Just be honest and explain your situation--don't try to sugarcoat it in anyway.  You will be fine and don't stress the interview.  It is a legit marriage so why work yourself up.

I would include the IRS transcripts as well. It really depends on the person looking at your case, but there were cases of people getting an RFE because of it.

You can very easily get them online:
