Hi everyone,

I am looking for advice on what are my option at this point. I had my N400 interview in April 2017. I did not get approval right away due to missing official copies of tax statement. I received the N14 form at the end of the interview, and I responded within 15 days.

After I submitted those additional documents, I have been waiting until now. I had info pass appointment once and called 800 numbers twice, and I cannot get any update except that USCIS is still working on my case.

Is there anything I can do to push for a response or decision from USCIS?

Thanks everyone

I am in the same boat. I'm not sure how to go about it. There are options like suing the USCIS but its costly and can amount to nothing.

Did you apply based on marriage?  Were tax transcripts required in your interview letter?

Yes. It is based on marriage.

No. I did not see tax transcripts in my interview letter. I have to request mine from IRS after the interview and send them to USCIS.

I provided all my tax return during the application phase.

Hey guys I hope you all doing well.

Its about N400 application.

I am from Long Island  New York and my PD date is October 2017.

I had the interview on September 2018 and passed.

It's been more than 120 days now with no oath ceremony date or update .

I filed couple of service requests within 2 months and the 3rd one was 5 minutes ago. They told me we will email you or will call you about your case.

They have been telling me the same story every service request or on calls.

I am very distressed and dont know what to do from now on .

Any advices or recommendations i appreciate it.

My n400 was on 5 year rule.

Thank you and good luck everyone.
