Its been 3 weeks today and I have been calling 3times a week even this morning, all they keep saying is they know we are out of the time frame but we still need to wait.

March 6, 2017 I called and received both numbers around 9 a.m. The date NVC received from USCIS...ALMOST 30 days (including weekends).

I must wait at least 7 days to proceed to apply for step 1.

I got my case number too on the 1st March but I can't login yet... showing the case number is not eligible for processing at this time. I called NVC and I was told to wait for my welcome letter in mail before I can start step 1... this whole process is very stressful
