I-134 Question, AOS, Beneficiary and Daughter?

Lines: 26-30 asking on behalf of who is the visa petition. My fiancee' is the obvious answer but do I also include the name etc. for her daughter who is also included in the petition? Please only answer this if you have already had this experience. Thanks.

Doesn't the petition form ask for beneficiary children?

Yes it does. In a different section. I suspect that is the only place to mention the children but just trying to cover all the bases.

Yeah, I'm sorry, I filed the petition so long ago, I can't remember very well. But there is a box asking if the beneficiary's children will travel with the beneficiary. You pick yes for this. And for the beneficiary interview, the children will attend. You will be signing an affidavit of support for each of the beneficiary's children and each of them must complete a DS-160 form. One for each children and beneficiary.

 

I don't have kids myself so I'm not the expert on this one. The U.S. consulate in the beneficiary's country will let you know what they need.

 

But yeah, you file K1 for just your fiancé. I can't be entirely sure if you need to file K2 for the children. Please ask around. >.<
