Confusing info posted on USCIS site about filling out N400

Hello everyone.

 

So I am i just started the n400 application online and reading from the instruction copied and pasted below

It states I should check the other option but on the online application there is an option to click that states the same instead of choosing other.. which one should i choose?  Please help.

 

 

To apply for naturalization, the spouse of a U.S. citizen employed abroad must submit an Application for Naturalization (Form N-400) in accordance with the form instructions and with the required fee. ^[21] The applicant should check the “other” eligibility option on the naturalization application and indicate that he or she is applying pursuant to INA 319(b) on the basis of marriage to a U.S. citizen who is or will be regularly stationed abroad.

If you have had your green card for 5+ years (based off the Resident Since: date on your card), then you are eligible under the 5-year rule.

Thank you but that is not what I was asking.I am applying under INA 319(b).

Please read my post.. USCIS states that i should choose other and explain the same thing.. that is why I am asking..

So we finally got the NOA and bio metrics completed. 

 

even though we filed under 319(b),  the online status now says Estimated completion time  March 2019(11months). I am assuming that is a mistake ?

 

Doesn't the expedited process takes a month or two the most?

From what I have seen, the online completion dates aren't correct. Also, you would probably get a better response if you started a new thread with your question rather than posting on an old thread.
