also, you should want to meet him again anyways. i mean, who wants to marry someone they havent seen in 2 years? IMO that sounds pretty crazy!

he needs to come visit you. no way around it and no waiver will ever get approved. if he can not come and visit you, you wont get a visa.

I agree with the previous poster. Long distance relationships are nothing for the fsknt of heart. It’s expensive and nerve wracking but if you truly love someone from another country  you have to be willing go invest first before bringing them to the us

Looks like you're going to the Philippines!  Have a great trip and re-file when you get back.  Or the other option is you could marry her while you are there and come back and file a CR-1 like we did.  Takes a little longer but has many advantages.  Good luck and God Bless,  david

You will definitely have to visit her again,  whether it is in the Philippines or in another country.

you will need to send a letter canceling your petition and refile either a new K-1 visa or you could go there marry her and do the CR-1 visa.

I do not know your situation .So I do not know if you qualify for a waiver. even if you do you are looking at extra time and If you hire a lawyer a lot of extra money with no guarantee your waiver will be approve

You need to plan a visit and refile. You already come from a high fraud country so they will scrutinize your case.

The Philippines is not consider a high fraud country. the processing time for visas from that country are for the most part a lot faster then for other countries. also the interview at the embassy is a very easy process

what I suggest you it is going to meet again at least for 3 days I did that and was perfect. I mean we went to bogota to meet us there again after we filed our petition so if they asked for something else about our meeting we got those proofs. and then what...they asked for more evidence and we sent all the new pics, stamps and tickets.  and 5 days later we got approved.

I suspect OP was talking about going to Philippines.

Almost impossible to come to USA on a tourist visa for most

Easiest I have ever heard or seen

Almost if you can fog a mirror, you get approved on a K1

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

Point taken. @Kevin Molina, how long did you stay in the Philippines when you visited her on June 2015?

That's a 2 year window.

What about your Flight Itinerary, Passport Stamps, Hotel Receipts?

Did you submit them when your Fiancé filed?

Hello everyone, i need your help.

I just received our RFE in the mail.

And one of the evidence needed is

That me and my fiance must have met

Within 2 years. I filed our petition on

July 24, 2017. But the last time we met

was on June 24, 2015. What is the best

Thing to do? :(

June 24 2015 - July 24 2017 is outside of a 2 year window.

OP the only answer that you need here is to get together with your partner again and then re-file when you have evidence of that.
