hello everyone, I just have a small concern on leaving in Dubai when we finished the process on K1 visa application..

Question is I have a current bank loan (no credit card no cheque) which is not that huge amount it will be finished April next year and it is tied to my salary... will I be having a problem in the immigration when I leave the country ? plan is wanted to do it smooth as possible, resign from company I know for a fact that they will inform my bank and hold my last salary until I provide my new residence visa but the thing is i wont be able to provide it as i am leaving. is it wise to inform the company and the bank on my plans?

sorry if the explanation is very long... hope someone can help me here

Applied for AOS/EAD/AP : August 7, 2018 (via USPS)

USCIS Chicago received the package: August 9, 2018

Dont Resign or think of it until you have visa in hand keep assuming your duties like any other day.

When you have the visa in hand give them three months notice * as its their right* and if they waived it for you great!

After your resign when you receive your end of service compensation, Pay of your loan! don't think about leaving any debts behind,

As I don't know how much you owe your bank keep the installments flowing to your Dubai bank account and  if you can pay the money in one shot before you leave do it.

Keep your online banking service in dubai active and that even if you left the country and once you get a job start paying for the loan by auto transferring money to your Dubai bank account.

Thank you this are all confirmed by my bank as well. I spoke to them the other day and was clear on my plans and stuff, actually i really do plan to resign right after i get my visa (physically) its just that i'm a type of person who likes things planned and as much as possible no conflicts at all... plus i really don't have plans on running :D i don't want trouble in the immigration ...
