Hi,

 

I moved to the States in October 2017, and I didn't work yet, but I used to work in my home country, my question is: my husband and I are filling taxes now and would like to know if I should include my total foreign income for the whole year "2017" in our taxes, noting that I earned nothing since I moved as I quit my job in my home country.

If you are filing jointly for 2017, you must report worldwide income. So, yes, you include your foreign income. Take a look at the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion or the Tax Credit to help with the tax on the foreign income.

Even my income before moving to the US? I have zero income since I moved

Correct. If you are choosing to file jointly you must report worldwide income.
