Timeline

So i met my fiance last april here in egypt and we did the papers and we didnt send them yet so we are going to send them now so is there any updates in the forms except these such things ?

-         Payment in the amount of $ 535

-         G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance

-         I-129F

-         G-325A and passport style photo (Petitioner)

-         G-325A and passport style photo (Beneficiary)

-         Letter certifying intent to marry (Petitioner & Beneficiary)

-         Birth certificate & US Passport (Petitioner)

-         Proof of having met in person in the past two years

-         Proof of ongoing relationship

 

she has been convicted for domestic violence 4 years ago and three speed tickets do we have to include the papers in the package ?

Looks like you have an outdated I-129f and that domestic violence conviction is likely going to be a HUGE problem. I suggest you contact a qualified immigration attorney.

That is the old and not accepted version of the I-129F.  Go and download the latest version.

 

Include ALL information about the arrests.  That will be a red flag but being open and honest may help a bit.  I agree with ThomasNC1988, get a GOOD immigration lawyer.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

 

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

So does g-325a still needs to the package or no longer needed ?

The information on the G-325A is included in the new I-129F package.  It is no longer a separate form.
