My case status showing error

Hey, I just got my NOA with case number and have tried checking the status online and adding it to my uscis account but the only thing I get when I enter the numbers either by copying or by typing it is this message:

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

  • You are attempting to add a receipt number that does not exist in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again.

 

 

Has anyone had this problem and know if it will go away as time goes by or any other way to get around it?

its perfectly normal for it no to show up for a few days and even weeks.... As long as you have the NOA's you are fine :)

42 Days- 06/18/15 Stamp On Passport I-551 (evidence of permanent residency for 1 year with expiration date of 06/17/16)

181 Days- 11/04/15 Approved VIA Text Message 8:30 PM Eastern Time!

186 Days- 11/09/15 Approval letter came in from Charleston, SC office!

189 Days- 11/13/15 Greencard Arrived (L)

AOS, I-765, I-130 ADJUSTING THROUGH MARRIAGE (CURRENT IMMIGRATION STATUS: DACA, But came legally with Turist Visa)

We have the same error message. We've called USICS twice, the first time around six weeks after receiving NOA1 and the second time was in late March. Both times USICS stated that it is a glitch in the system for late 2017 filings. They said that our I-130 is in process and once it is moved to NVC, the online status should report correctly. #frustrating
